Welcome to the first issue of the Newsletter, CC4FNewa. As the tagline says we are all about Cost Cutting for Food Distributors.

My name is Paul Hernandez-Cuebas and I am the President of  Integrated Management Solutions, Inc a Company focused on cost cutting in the Food Distribution and Processing Industries.. I wanted to create a vehicle not loaded with fluff or a shill to push other vendors products but an honest, straightforward information tool to help Food guys of all sizes but especially those who are so busy running their business’s that journals and trade publications do not become part of their weekly reading..

Of course the focus of this newsletter is as the title suggests, Cutting Cost of Operations. Some of the subjects we will cover are:

• Transportation and Fuel
• Technology
• Warehousing
• Manufacturing innovations
• HAACP Compliance

Although these are broad subjects my research staff will be accessing daily web based sources and trade publications to help boil down the avalanche data to usable easy understand articles  in this newsletter to keep you updated.
